Service Description
Mesaix provides a digital table-based food ordering and menu management solution for restaurants. Our platform allows customers to place orders directly from their table using QR codes, and enables restaurant owners to manage their menus and receive real-time orders.
User Accounts
When you register for a Mesaix account, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials - Accept responsibility for all activities under your account - Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
Subscription and Pricing
Mesaix offers various subscription plans: - Free Plan: Available with limited features - Paid Plans: Offer additional functionality and support - Pricing is subject to change, with notice provided to existing customers - Subscription fees are non-refundable
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Mesaix platform are and remain the exclusive property of Mesaix. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material without our prior written consent.
Data Privacy and Security

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following cases: - Double payment errors: If you are charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate charge will be refunded. - System errors: Refunds will be considered for transactions completed in error due to technical issues on our platform. - Refunds are subject to verification and approval. Processing may take 5-7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are handled as follows: - Cancellations must be initiated before the order preparation starts. - Refunds for canceled orders are processed as per our Refund Policy. - Subscription cancellations will stop future payments, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
Limitation of Liability
Mesaix is not liable for: - Any loss of revenue, business, or profits - Indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Issues arising from third-party integrations or services - Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
